Post Your Home. Compare Realtors. Choose the Best Fit.
Get written proposals from licensed local agents — commission, marketing plan and pricing approach — then pick the one you trust. Free, private and no obligation.
- 1Private by design
Agents see only the general area and property details — never your name, street address, phone or email unless you choose to share them.
- 2You stay in control
Pause, extend, close or request more proposals at any time. Proposal windows of 3, 7 or 14 days.
- 3Not overwhelming
A default limit of 5 proposals means you compare a focused group instead of fielding dozens of calls.
- 4Your decision
We never rank agents by lowest commission. Compare on what matters to you.
Questions
Is it really free for homeowners?+
Yes. Posting your home, receiving proposals, messaging and interviewing agents is 100% free for homeowners, with no obligation to hire anyone.
Is Vobira a real estate brokerage?+
No. Vobira is a technology marketplace. We don't represent buyers or sellers, negotiate sales, collect commissions, hold escrow, or guarantee any sale. Any listing agreement is made directly between you and the agent's brokerage.
Will my address and phone number be shown to agents?+
No. Agents only see the general location (city, county, ZIP) and property details. Your name, street address, email and phone stay private until you choose to share them with a specific agent.
Is my home advertised to buyers?+
No. Your posting is only visible to registered, licensed agents looking for listing opportunities. It is not a for-sale listing.
How many proposals will I receive?+
By default, up to 5. Your posting stops accepting proposals when it reaches the limit or the deadline (3, 7 or 14 days). You can pause, extend, request more, or close it at any time.
Are the agents licensed?+
Agents must provide their license number and brokerage, and our team reviews each license before the agent can submit proposals. Experience figures are self-reported unless marked otherwise.
Do I have to choose the lowest commission?+
Absolutely not. Commissions are negotiable and are only one factor. Compare marketing plans, experience and communication, and choose the agent you trust.
