Not a brokerage

This platform is not a real estate brokerage. We do not negotiate sales, collect commissions, hold escrow, or guarantee any sale. Homes posted here are not advertised for sale to buyers.

No guarantees

Vobira LLC does not guarantee that a home will sell, the sale price, timing, or the outcome of any agent relationship. Agent proposals, commissions and recommended list prices are the agent's own and are negotiable.

Selecting an agent

Selecting an agent on this platform does not itself create a brokerage relationship or listing agreement. Any listing agreement must be separately negotiated and signed between you and the licensed real estate professional or their brokerage.

Agent responsibilities

Agents are responsible for complying with all licensing laws, brokerage policies, advertising rules and fair-housing laws. Information in profiles is self-reported unless marked verified.

Acceptable use

No harassment, spam, discriminatory content, or attempts to obtain a homeowner's contact information without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
